By signing up and using GamersXT you agree to the following.
I understand that:

§ 1: GamersXT and relation to MindArk or any of MindArk's planet partners
a: GamersXT and MindArk (including any of MindArk's planet partners) have no affiliations whatsoever.

b: You cannot use GamersXT to ask for help regarding Entropia Universe.

c: MindArk or any of MindArk's planet partners cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from or related to the services provided via this website.

d: MindArk or any of MindArk's planet partners cannot be held accountable for any disputes between you and GamersXT.

e: MindArk or any of MindArk's planet partners are the sole owner of all trademarks related to Entropia Universe, such as – but not limited to; "Entropia Universe", "Planet Calypso" and "First Planet Company".


§ 2: Privacy of your account
a: All data stored by GamersXT which can be used to identify you are stored behind firewalls, and will never be sold, given out, leased or by other means released to any third party.

b: GamersXT will never send out "spam mails" to you via your provided email address, but you may receive emails to reset your password or to provide you with notifications or newsletters when you sign up for them.

c: You have the option to hide your avatar information from within your profile panel on this site.

d: All your passwords are encrypted in our databases (Hash values of the actual password).


§ 3: Account accuracy
a: You will only create one account per avatar inside Entropia Universe.


§ 4: Ownership
a: You agree that all raw data used to provide you with the services of this website is the sole ownership of GamersXT, including the compiled charts, hereunder graphics and animations. Graphics elements such as planet maps, screenshots from the Entropia Universe or other images generated from inside Entropia Universe is the sole property of MindArk or the respective planet partner, and can as such be removed from the site without any notification.


§ 5: Termination of your account
a: Your account may be terminated by GamersXT without any notification.

b: In the event that your account is terminated no refund for "donations" or "upgraded account" or "micro-payment features" is granted.


§ 6: Updates of this "Terms of Use"
a: By accepting this Agreement and using GamersXT, or any tools developed by GamersXT you agree that GamersXT may, at any time, update, revise or change this "Terms of Use" if GamersXT consider it necessary to do so.

b: You agree that you can view the current ToS from any page on GamersXT at any time and as such always have the power to remain updated with the current ToS.

c: You agree that if you do not accept an updated ToS you can apply to have your account locked, but not deleted. GamersXT may choose to delete your account.
